I had a much better weigh in this week! My weight was down 2.8 lbs. Hurrah! My weight was 148 – 11 lbs from goal.
Carl has made three friends at the meeting. Being boys they can get noisy – so a lot of my time is spent quieting them down.
So sticking to my daily points (no weekly) and getting some activity points in each day seems to work. Yeah!
