Tortilla Crisps

I made these many years ago for a murder/mystery dinner. The recipe was a bit more elaborate, I modified it for Weight Watchers (as usual.)
 
1 LaTortilla Factory Whole Wheat low-Carb/Low Fat Tortilla (small sized)
1/2 Teaspoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan Cheese
 
Spread oil over tortilla, then sprinkle with cheese. Cut tortilla into wedges. Cook at 350 for 10 minutes.

The tortilla is the trick – the first one is a freebie with 8 grams of fiber, 50 calories and 2 grams of fat.
 
 
 
Addedum – try lowering the temp and cooking longer… 325 15-20 min
