Brown Rice

2.5 cup fat free chicken broth
1 cup brown rice
2 Tablespoons Paula’s No-Fat Roasted Garlic Dressing
2 green onions
Lemon Flaxseed Oil
salt
Chop onions. In saucepan combine broth, rice, dressing and onions. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 45 until rice is tender.
Serving size – 1/2 cup.
Top with 1-2 teaspoons of flaxseed oil after serving. Salt as needed.
I made this last night, serving it with pork tenderloin. I topped it with a sauce made with broth and deglazing the meat pan. It was very good.
