Ok goals work – but the goals I set this week do not seem accessible. I think it is more of a psychological thing. Before I put them in writing I wasn’t having any trouble acheiving them.
I find that I avoid the simple things that I was doing. The minute I made the this week they became one more thing on the piles to do, not something I wanted to do.
So I hereby relieve miyself of the goals of the week.
There – the pressure is off.
