Ham and carrot bundles, different yogurts

I was watching "Every Italian" and saw some really good recipes. They looked so good, but aren’t really Weight Watchers compatible. I modified one today and it was really good.
Here is a link to the original recipe:
Prosciutto and Carrot Bundles
Ham and Carrot bundles
10 baby carrots shredded
2 tablespoons fat free vinegarette dressing
2 oz thin sliced honey ham (I used the Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ultra Thin)
3 whole fresh basil leaves
Mix carrots and dressing. Lay out ham 3 or so slices in a pile. Place a basil leaf on each pile and 1/3 carrot mixture. Roll up. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
Points – 1 point for 3 rolls (based on ham used)
I ate it for lunch with some brown rice.
When we were at New Seasons, I was looking for some fat free plain yogurt. I accidently bought some full fat yogurt from Cascade Fresh in some interesting styles, Mediterranean Style and Greek Style. So far I opened the Mediterranean Style yogurt. It is so good. Unfortunately it is so rich it is as point heavy as regular sour cream. I haven’t tried the Greek yet, though it is not as high in fat and calories.

We also made these using Pineapple Sage instead of Basil. We also made them with butter lettuce around the ham or no ham and butter lettuce only wrapping the carrot and herbs.
