Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

I think I finally got the right balance on my Mustard Sauce.
 
4 t olive oil
1/4 c mustard
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1/2 c water
juice and zest of 1/4 lemon
Dill
salt, lemon pepper
mixed with small can of water packed mushrooms
4 oz of already cooked pork tenderloin
4 oz (precooking) noodles – Prepare as directed on package
Mix sauce with cooked noodles.
2 Servings
Weight Watcher Points per Serving
Sauce – 2
Pork – 2
Pasta – 4
Total Weight Watcher Points 8 (per serving)
