Pasta with Kalamata Olives

1-2 large garlic cloves minced
10 Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced per serving
2 tablespoons fresh chopped thyme or basil
1 can diced tomatoes
Salt and freshly coarse ground black pepper
favorite pasta
COmbine tomatos garlic, thyme, and the salt, and pepper in a large sauce pan,
heat. Toss the hot cooked pasta with the sauce. Top with chopped olives.
10 olives – 1 point
2 oz pasta – 4 points
5 Weight Watchers points total

Two ways to reduce the point values – use whole-wheat pasta for 3 Weight Watcher Points or eat only 1 oz of pasta for 2 points (2 oz is a lot of pasta with a full dinner.)
