Lemon Halibut

We were at Costco yesterday and Halibut sounded so good – so I bought some.
 
Here is how I prepared it last night:  (this is for 2)
 
7 oz halibut
1 tbsp butter (yes real butter)
1/2 lemon juice and zest
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (it is doing well in the garden already!)
Dried dill
Lemon pepper
 
Lined my oven pan with foil. Put the fish in the pan. Melt butter, mix with juice and zest. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with parsley, dill and lemon pepper. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes then broil for 5 to get crisp edge.
 
I gave it 5 Weight Watcher points because I always round up.
