Turkey recipes

We were planning on deep frying a turkey only our turkey fryer pot fell apart. My husband went to Home Depot to get a new one. The package had been packed so that the legs had poked holes in the pot. So he took it back and no he did not want another one of their turkey fryers. We plan on looking for a higher end one if one exsists maybe at Kitchen Kaboodle. So I am cooking a turkey today. I am looking up interesting recipes and will copy them below.
Brandy Gravy
One 1 1/2-ounce container veal or chicken demi-glace
1 tablespoon brandy
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

(from Epicurious.com)

You can also substitute nuts with Water Chestnuts, it gives more texture to the dressing. Looking forward to reading more about your wine tasting adventures and recipes.
