Glaetzer 2003 Wallace Wine

We recently had a bottle of Glaetzer 2003 Wallace Shiraz Grenache. It is from the Barossa Valley of Australia.  We bought it at the Renaissance Wines in Hillboro OR. I think it was about $25, but I can’t remember.

The wine had a full fruity, slightly dry taste. We really enjoyed it.

I wanted to learn a little more about the area the wine came from. The wine is from South Australia, a state between New South Wales/Victoria and Western Australia. Adelaide is capital. The Barossa Valley an hour away and has a number of wineries etc.
