- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 package cold pack cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup beer
- 1 clove minced garlic
Mix all ingredients together and let stand at room temperature. Take a loaf of large round rye or pumpernickel bread. Tear out center leaving a thick shell of at least one inch. Pour dip into bread bowl. Serve with bread chunks, crackers, bagel chips or veggies.
